What is your favorite moment on the wedding day?
One of my favorite moments of a wedding is the joy that comes after marrying your best friend at the ceremony on the walk back down the aisle!

Kadie joined The Overlook as head planner in 2023 and instantly brought in a level of professionalism, creativity and flawless execution to our venue. What do you love about planning weddings?
My favorite aspect of planning is developing lasting friendships through the experience of creating the perfect day! Each wedding includes personal details from the couple based on their vision for the day and I love witnessing the excitement of seeing the months (and sometimes years) of planning come to life!
What made you choose this career?
I have always enjoyed a fun celebration, but jumped into this world through a family friend in the industry. Once I was able to experience all the details that go into planning a couple's dream day, I realized how much I enjoyed curating the details and vision for each couple. It's not very often that you get to help someone plan one of the biggest days of their life and I am so grateful to be a part of the journey.
