what’s included?

• Climate Controlled Venue: includes all day access from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.*; catering prep kitchen; tables and chairs for up to 220; Set-up and Tear-down; cocktail tables, fire pit, propane patio heaters

  Catering: 2 deluxe entrees, 3 hand passed appetizers (300 of each), salad, 2 vegetable sides, selection of bread and tea/lemonade/water drinks–all from one of our preferred catering partners (300 of each); includes real china (dinner fork, dinner knife, plate, and goblet), professional servers, and table linens.

• Decorations: Ceremony Arbor (cross or hexagon), piping draperies, built in high boys, barrels, and additional allocation of outside decorations, tablescape chargers and access to Invited Events Decor Rentals

• Bar Service: one bartender per 50 guests (your choice of beer, wine, & selzters included)

• Table Seating Chart

• Late Night Snack: Several available options

• Florals: fresh florals consisting of bride bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres (groomsmen, fathers & groom), mom mini bouquets, asymmetrical single corner arbor floral install, guest table centerpieces (with elevated stands) large sweetheart or head table floral install (lush greenery & bud vases)

• DJ/Emcee: to include sound system, wireless mic for ceremony, dance lighting, Uplighting AND Photo Booth AND 2 live musicians (Sax and Percussion)

• Wedding Cake: 4 tiered cake or 3 tiered cake with addition dessert selections

• Photography: 10 hrs & engagement session

• Videography: 10 hrs

• Coordinator: 45 day out and Day of In-House Wedding Coordinator

• Security: Off-duty police officer

• Custom Decor and Graphics:may include wall and/or dance floor graphics

• Grand exit: Helicopter, Classic Car, or Horse & Carriage + Fireworks Display
