what’s included?

• Climate Controlled Venue

  Includes all day access from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.*; catering prep kitchen; tables and chairs for up to 220; set-up and tear-down; cocktail tables, fire pit, propane patio heaters

• Catering Package

  2 deluxe entrees, 2 hand passed appetizers (300), salad, 2 vegetable sides, Selection of Bread and tea/lemonade/water drinks–all from one of our preferred catering partners (300 of each); includes real china (dinner fork, dinner knife, plate, and goblet) , professional servers, and table linens

• Decorations

  Ceremony Arbor (cross or heptagon), fire pit, built in high boys, barrels, and tablescape chargers

• Bartender

  One bartender per 50 guests (client provides alcohol)

• Florals

  Fresh florals consisting of bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres (groomsmen, fathers & groom), mom mini bouquets, asymmetrical single corner arbor floral install, guest table centerpieces (with candles & with low compotes), and sweetheart table centerpieces

  3 tiered cake with 6 flavors options (or equivalent dessert)
