Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can the venue accomodate?

We can comfortably handle up to 280 guests with rectangular table seating & 200 guests with round table seating.

Is there a preferred vendor list or can we bring our own?

We have a list of high-quality vendors with a demonstrated track record of providing excellent quality products and services; and who are also familiar with working with us. We can discuss variations to our vendor list on a limited basis. If you're interested in viewing a list of our preferred vendors, you can download it by CLICKING HERE

What is the backup plan for inclement weather for outdoor ceremonies?

Our venue is fully prepared for unpredictable weather, so there's no pressure to decide on moving your ceremony indoors too far in advance. We set up seating and the ceremony area outdoors regardless of the forecast and won't make the final call until 45 minutes before your ceremony. If rain does occur on your special day, rest assured, we have a beautiful indoor setup ready. This includes a separate, picturesque arbor, ensuring that it does not interfere with the reception layout.

Are we able take photos with the bison?

Our ranch strives to accommodate photography with the bison at optimal times and conditions, though we cannot guarantee these opportunities, aiming to offer a memorable experience within our operational constraints.
